Jessica graduated from Vanguard University of Southern California in 1997 with a Degree in Liberal Studies, Psychology and Religion. She qualified as a credentialed teacher at Notre Dame de Namur in 1999. In 2005 she furthered her education by studying a masters degree in Psychology at Sophia University.

In addition to her degrees, Jessica has also completed training in educational recourses such as Phono Graphix, LindaMood Bell and PACE. Her training extends into alternative and holistic healing recourses. She graduated from Tree of Life Institute, Reiki, Samonas Sound Therapy, Spiritual Psychology, Damanhur’s school of Spiritual Healers and Alchemy School. She is trained in Clinical Hypnosis, Meditation, birthing courses, breath-work, and yoga, that she currently teaches.

Jessica’s spiritual path has taken her around the world. From Christian roots in America, she has journeyed to Crete to study women’s initiations; to Spain to research Kabbalah; to San Francisco to study Buddhism; to the Amazon Rain Forest in Ecuador to learn about healing with plants and shamanism; and finally to Italy to study at Damanhur. She has graduated from Damanhur’s School for Spiritual Healers and Alchemy School. Jessica continues her practice through ongoing education, personal research and travel.

Committed to human betterment, she volunteered in high school for outreach programs that helped build houses locally and in Mexico. In college, she led a Youth Crisis Hotline, helped incarcerated youth, and volunteered at homeless as well as abused children shelters. Over the years, she developed programs to help teens, worked with impoverished families in Mexico, Ecuador and Africa. She continues to serve humankind through volunteer work and helping people achieve their own life purpose.

In 2017 Jessica founded Fhortruss, which offers people a chance to learn through evolutionary workshops, teachings and personal awareness. In the process of growing her outreach, she aligned with the holistic wellness center, The Creation Agency to co-create opportunities to raise consciousness for humankind. Jessica also works as a clinician at The Creation Agency, offering different forms of therapy and alternative healing.
